I like the way the 1.5 engine suits the MINI. It feels lively without being too much, and the manual gearbox makes it more enjoyable to drive. The red and black colour combination looks particularly good as well.
The rear seats and boot are fairly compact, as you would expect from a small convertible. It is still perfectly usable day to day, but practicality is not really the main reason for buying one.
I bought it because it is a low-mileage, well-maintained example in a really good colour combination. It has the right engine, a good service record and all the character you want from a MINI Convertible.
